This was delicious. The sorbet it from apple and celery, I was surprised that the combination with 'celery' actually tasted wonderfully together...very refreshing.
Back to the small town, yes I am a little sad to leave the city. I love the city...how can you not? Such a enormous community with Art and inspiration all over it.

so cool lea! I live in city right next to seattle! how do you like it here? there was probably a lot of rain! i see you went to the tacoma museum of glass! don't you just love it there?!?! I know i do!
