Verano

Between the months of August and December I am completely obsessed with everything fall/winter. My tumblr is filled with black and white photos, I only watch old movies, and my favourite drinks are London Fogs and lavender hot chocolates. Then January comes...and I am already done with winter even though there is still three months left for it to be over. Is the time when I read countless Nicholas Sparks books, listen to Empire of The Sun's "Walking in a dream" on repeat, and make myself Guacamole for every meal of the day. I am in a warm, tropical environment in my mind till July, when the two month's of sun actually start.

Nicola Roberts is one of those artists that not only inspires through music, but also through fashion, hair, and make-up. Now,I have to admit, I didn't know who she really was until two months ago when my brother showed me her music video 'Beat of my Drum' while I was at the hospital. She is not 'big' here, but that's good, in a way, many radio stations repeat the good music so much...you suddenly start hating them. Nevertheless, I am in love with her outfits, they are all so unique individually.

Looking Back

I was looking back to previous resort collections at style.com and found this one by Proenza Schouler. I am highly attracted to the simplicity of the layered garments, yet the amazing mix and match of bold prints inspired by their vacation to India.

Preparing for fall

I found these photos from 'Olivier Theyskens' Theory Resort 2012' in because im addicted, and really fell in love with the whole collection! The long skirt with the jacket, the leather jacket with the long-cool-printed dress...its absolutely amazing and could totally see myself putting together similar outfits. Love, love, love!

Paris I love you.

Its been so long since I just updated or posted something! Sorry, I've been currently very busy with school. I've been collection a lot of photos and information about fashion lately. And this is what I found:

I read a couple of days a article in Style.com about her 'day' and it sounds absolutely magnificent; wake up and go for a swim in a pool with a mermaid mosaic at the bottom, then go to three fashion shows, after-parties...the list never ends.
